The Supervisor, Bylaw Compliance and Security, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the Bylaw Compliance and Security operations within the City of Guelph. Reporting directly to the Manager of Corporate and Community Safety, this position is integral to providing daily leadership and support to staff, ensuring a high standard of customer service and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role invites a proactive approach to leadership, emphasizing quality service delivery and the implementation of innovative processes to enhance community safety and compliance.
