Coordinates and supports a team of Camp Team Leads and Camp Counsellors in the planning and delivery of dynamic recreation programs, including planning and conducting training, matching and monitoring participants to inclusion staff, supervising and supporting inclusion camp staff, and addressing various operational needs.
